I am a regular at C is for Café and when I decided to "try" and go on a diet i decided to only buy an apple and a banana for my lunch which was healthy but after a while got a bit boring if we're honest, however the team at C is for Café where more than happy to start making me a smoothie to jazz my lunch up a bit even though at this point this was not an option on the menu. i have been having them ever since and now fully established on the menu with different combinations which is great, although i can tell you that the other vast selection of baguettes and sandwich options are wholesome and good value. I'm not saying that they are unhealthy because you can choose what you put in them. the food is fresh, its well organised, the team there are helpful, imaginative and friendly. overall the café has a warm friendly feeling which is nice for a five minute break to get your lunch while your at work and like i said just what a café should be in my view, great stuff
